White Blend

The main goal of most wine blending is to produce the perfect balance between all of the flavors present in wine at the peak of the aging period. Some wine blends are made from classic recipes handed down from generation to generation. Other vintners create brand new blends to produce a new and exciting wine that has unique flavor characteristics.
