Intense ruby red with faint violet reflections. Very complex nose; from the outset there are intriguing aromas of undergrowth and spices, followed by balsamic notes mixed with tobacco aromas. On the palate it is robust, warm, pleasing to the taste and substantial. Altogether it is an intense and persistent wine, still young at the moment and will improve with 3-5 years of aging. It is a wine with a personality that fully expresses the peculiarity of the Nero d’Avola grape grown in the zone of Noto.
