Pale gold with emerald tinges. Floral fragrances mixed with refreshing aromas of citrus fruit and enhanced by a beautiful minerality paired with a refined oak note. Well-balanced and well-structured. Alluring in its light golden-yellow color, the glass released aromas of "soft lemon zest," chives, minerals and shades of layered cream. The flavors were soft yet full, with notes of "lovely fruit" and banana enhanced by clove and delicate toasty vanilla. "Elegant" and "refined" were among the words tasters used to describe the complex, long, delightful fruit finish."Food Friendliness: Shellfish would be a great stimulus. Try chilled lobster and a fresh tomato salad; if not that, sauted citrus shrimp with cannellini beans and arugula.
