Deep intense reddish-purple hues. Expressive and intense with aromas of flower notes such as violets and jasmine, plums, cherries and chocolate. Notes of intense hazelnuts, almonds and cinnamon result from the oak aging. Very fruity, concentrated and complete, with sweet ripe tannins and a persistent and elegant finish that invites you to drink more wine. Stands out as a very persistent ripe fruity retro taste.

Sugar: 2.56 gr/lt

Aging: The wine had 12-days of post-fermentative maceration. 70% of the wine was aged for 9 months in first-second-and third-use French and American oak barrels. The remaining 30% was left unoaked to preserve the wines fruity character.

Harvest Date: Last week of April

Fermentation: Grapes were harvested 100% manually to achieve optimum ripeness level. Vinification took place in stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 26° to 28°C with open and closed tank rackings and two soft racking returns at 1070 and 1040 density.
