Intense red color. Red fruit aromas with some licorices and smoky notes. Very round structure, very soft. Discrete round tannins with fruit aromas showing through.

Aging: 100% of the wine is aged in tanks and bottled 10 to 12 months after vintage.
 
Fermentation: Grapes are destemmed and fermented in cement or stainless steel tanks. The maceration could last 2 weeks to give to the wine good tannin structure required for a good aging and stability.
 
Production Notes: This Shiraz wine exhibits a very distinctive feature compared with other Australian wines of the same variety, which are often dense. Limestone Coast Shiraz has great finesse and elegance.
