Pale copper color. The aroma is of strawberries, raspberries and toasty lees. A full-bodied and round flavor. The Brut Rosé is in the traditional Bollinger style with added notes of red berries.

Fermentation: The first fermentation takes place in small stainless steel tanks and oak barrels, with each cru and grape variety fermented separately using traditional yeasts.
Production Notes: 5 to 10% of the blend comes from Reserve Wines aged from 5 to 15 years in magnums under natural cork. Once the wine is bottled, the carbonic fermentation and cellar aging are conducted with a metal crown cap for a minimum of three years, while the pinot Noir sees a minimum of four months aging.
