Intense ruby red color. The nose has fruity notes of red berry fruit, plums, blackberry, balsamic notes, sweet spices, tobacco leaf and liquorice. Warm, soft, intense and balanced, with elegant tannins, good acidity and a long finish.

Fermentation: 10 days submerged in cap. Fermented and controlled temperatures of 77-82°F. Aged in stainless steel tanks.
