Alcohol: 13.5%
 
Aging: After fermentation, the wine is stirred and left to age for 2 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks which adds body and flavor.
 
Bottling Date: January 2008
 
Fermentation: Gently pressed with only the first press selected for fermenation. A cool, slow fermentation preserves the bright fruit aromas and flavors. 90% fermented in Stainless Steel and 10% fermented in French oak barrels.
