Aging: Century old oak vats (capacity 6000 litres) until the date of bottling.
Fermentation: Stainless steel vats for 2 weeks; 1/2 century old oak vats for 3 months; malolactic fermentation.
Production Notes: Prestige selection wines are blended from Josmeyer’s most favored vineyards in Wintzenheim, Turckheim and Wettolsheim and include parcels from the Grand Crus. The grapes are hand-picked and carefully chosen from vines a minimum of 35 years old.
