Pale yellow with green reflections. A fresh and intense aroma of citrus fruits and almonds. A light fruity taste with undertones of flint. Delicious with seafood, dry cheeses and as an aperitif.

Details:
 
Fermentation: Traditional, at low temperatures (18 to 20ºC) in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation lasts 20 days. Must is racked three times (once each month) and wine undergoes a mild filtration.
 
Production Notes: This Pouilly-Fumé has wonderful undertones of minerals and flint, expressive of the clay and chalk soils the grapes are grown in. As 100% Savignon Blanc, this wines pairs well with sea food and dry cheeses.
