Fleshy and ripe, with very good intensity to guava, pink grapefruit, grass and wet stone flavors. Tart lime juice acidity streamlines the fruit through a minerally finish. Drink now. 9,000 cases made.

"Palate: Tropical fruit with mineral notes
By Lyn Farmer
Clean aromas of grapefruit, asparagus and wet stone. Refreshingly puckering flavors of lime peel, green bean and minerals. Classic chalky close.
This straw-chartreuse bombshell bursts in the air with aromas of gooseberries, green apples, citrus and minerals. Rapid-fire flavors of pears, grass, orange zest and mint peppered the palate with pinpoint precision as this commanding wine all at once zapped the tongues of tasters with zesty acidity and tamed itsef with a mouth-coating finale of sweet lemons and grapefruit. Well done!
"Food Friendliness: Bring out a brigade of green veggies, veal picata, tilapia and cheese, and watch this wine lead the troops to victory at the dinner table.
