Ros’Aura is an intense and brightly colored rose wine grown over 1000 ft above sea level in soil with large grains originally from ash and fallen pumice. Ideal as an aperitif, or paired with white meat dishes, fish and grilled vegetables. Fresh and lively on the palate with notes of freshly-picked berries on the finish
The wine matures for 4 months in stainless steel, and an additional month in bottle prior to release.
Grape bunches are picked by hand and sorted in mid to late October. After de-stemming, free-run juice undergoes a 12-hour maceration on the skins followed by a temperature controlled fermentation stainless steel tanks.
