The free run wine and the press wine are matured in 2nd and 3rd fill French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks for approximately 12 months.
Fermented in 10,000L stainless steel tanks. After fermentation the wine is drained from the skins and the skins are pressed.

This Cabernet Sauvignon from the Western Cape region of South Africa is a juicy wine that makes no demands and delivers plenty of flavor, plush texture and grippy tannins. The palate is rich, supple and rounded with layers of cocoa, cigars, fruitcake and black berries. While juicy and drinkable, it’s textured, with lovely ripeness. It’s poised and integrated with a long, pleasant finish.
