Chardonnay

Undoubtedly the world's most sought after grape variety by winemakers and drinkers alike, Chardonnay is one of the most popular and widely grown varietals. Produced in many different wine regions of the world, Chardonnay comes indifferent styles, from the lean, crisply mineral wines of Chablis, France to New World wines with oak and tropical fruit flavors. It can also be found as a varietal in many fine French Champagnes. Chardonnay is a great pairing with poultry and seafood dishes and earthy foods like mushrooms and ages cheeses.
