A wine with a full body, lots of dark berries and hints of citrus undertones. Chewy and spicy finish. 40% Nero d’Avola, 30% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Aged in medium oak barrels for 12 months.
Hand picked. De-stemmed and fermented at 82-86˚F for 10-15 days. Malolactic fermentation in medium oak.
