A bright, fruity, rosé with peaches and light strawberries.Tangerines, too. Medium-bodied with a creamy texture. This is a blended wine with only 7% red wines. Pretty red fruit with the normal freshness as the black label. Very fresh and vivid. Four years on the lees. Drink now.

With a dosage veering towards dryness, this Champagne has freshness, red fruits and a liveliness that makes it immediately attractive. The acidity and the light tannic edge will let the bottling age, although, really, it is delicious now.

This is abundantly firm and chalky, recommending it to pairing with food, as does the rich, smoky overtone that laces flavors of dried white cherry, salty Marcona almond and lemon zest. Try this with chicken from the grill. Disgorged July 2018. Best after 2021. 2,500 cases imported.
