Clean, fresh, pure and focused with a terrific soft acidic profile and lovely texture. Stone and mineral elements and some nicely rounded citrus notes of lemon and lime, along with apple, cream, vanilla and traces of ginger. The finish is long. A delicious wine to drink by itself or an ideal accompaniment to Dover sole, grilled sea bass, lobster tail or roasted chicken.
Aged 14 months in barrel.
Stainless steel followed by élevage for 14 months in 25% new oak barrels and 75% one and two year old oak barrels.
