This is the eponymous Prosecco of 3rd generation winemaker Primo Franco. Smooth and creamy, Primo Franco is a single vineyard vintage Prosecco made exclusively from a specific parcel of a large vineyard located in Valdobbiadene. The parcel is always the same each year and produces top quality Glera.

Charmat Method. Pressing, de-stemming, cooling of must and fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Second fermentation in “cuve close”.
Intense bouquet of exotic fruit and ripe apples with notes of almond and candied lemon peel.
The palate is typically sweet and fruity, balanced by an amiable acidity, finishing with a pleasant freshness.
