Belleruche is the #1 wine brand from the acclaimed Côtes-du-Rhône region and offers a wonderful introduction into the prestigious M. Chapoutier portfolio. Meaning “beautiful beehive” in French, the Belleruche name is inspired by the abundance of bee and beehives that prosper in the sustainable M. Chapoutier vineyards. Belleruche wines reflect true French character and bring simple sophistication to any occasion.
Brancato Rosé is made from 100% estate Sangiovese grapes grown specifically for Rosé. Made by a 24-hour skin maceration, the production style gives it the structure of a young Sangiovese, but with the freshness of a great Rosé! Crisp and fresh on the palate with a pleasant roundness that pairs perfectly with fresh produce and authentic Italian cuisine. Offers an expressive core of perfumed cherries, spices and flowers.
Our 2018 Rosé of Pinot Noir is from our two estate vineyards, the iconic Sanford & Benedict Vineyard and La Rinconada. This salmon colored wine has enticing aromas of blood orange, wild strawberry, and rose petals. On the palate bright red fruits are framed nicely by crisp acidity and lingering minerality. The brightness of this Rosé allows it to pair well with a wide range of foods. Grilled seafood, spicy dishes and most picnic fare are excellent with this wine.
Passionate about travel and wine, Mathilde Chapoutier explored various wine regions, in France and around the world, for inspiration in creating her own exciting rosé from her prestigious estate in Côtes de Provence. The combination of the altitude and the alkaline limestone soil results in a more refined, crisp wine with higher acidity and freshness. The palate is round and delicious with strawberry, grapefuit and apricot notes and a silky mouthfeel. Bright acidity balances the round texture.
