For me, the future of this area is white wines, and I think for all of us now here, Fiano is the variety…Fiano is rich in everything, it has minerality, but it has a lot of other things.
Feudi di San Gregorio Greco di Tufo is grown between 1,400 – 2,300 ft above sea level in deep, finely-textured, moderately alkaline and very calcareous soil. This white wine shows a lively acidity and spicy minerality typical of a vine cultivated in Tufo, followed by soft notes of balsamic. It pairs perfectly with raw fish, bufala mozzarella and white meat dishes.
