This Crémant Rosé is 100% hand-harvested from the finest selection of brown, granite, and rich clay-limestone soil in Burgundy. It is beautifully clear with slightly salmon color with aromas of strawberry and raspberry that develop with a perfect balance of power, elegance, and finesse.
Malolactic fermentation is carried out in 100% stainless steel vats followed by a second fermentation in bottle using the traditional method, generated by the addition of yeasts and sugar.
