San Vincenzo is grown in the Monteforte area within the Veneto region of northern Italy. Medium-bodied, dry and fresh with notes of citrus fruit. This food friendly style pairs well with smoked or grilled fish, shellfish, lobster salad and roast chicken.
The wines mature for six months in steel vats and an additional three months in bottles prior to release.
Cold maceration and soft pneumatic pressing followed by temperature controlled fermentation.
