Overview
Boutari Kretikos has helped set the quality standards of Cretan wines worldwide. Kretikos, which means “originating in Crete,” the southernmost and biggest island of Greece, is crafted from carefully selected indigenous Vilana (Vee-la-na) grapes. The wine offers a soft yellow color, intense citrus fruit aromas of pineapple and grapefruit and a long aromatic finish. Enjoy it at 46-50◦F as an aperitif or with seafood, cheese, and fruit.

Fermentation
Classic white fermentation for 15 days at 18-20 degrees celcius.
