6 months in 1/3 new French Oak, 1/3 used French Oak and 1/3 stainless steel barrels.
Barrel fermented with several yeast strains including some native fermentation.
This wine is heady with aromas of white peach, fresh papaya, along with hints of vanilla, caramel and brioche.
This wine is full bodied, rich with lots of viscosity and weight. It has bright acidity with a lovely lift and long finish.
