Aged for 18 months in 100% French oak barrels.
Destemmed grapes are fermented in concrete or stainless steel tanks. Maceration lasts from 4 to 6 weeks. A gentle extraction by pumping-over and a long maceration on skins ensure elegant and finest tannins.
