Aged for 14 mos. in matured oak barrels; 80% in French Oak and 20% in American Oak.
Whole berries are fermented in open top tanks and barrels with intermittent pump-overs and punch-downs to ensure a balance of color, flavor, and tannin extraction. Maceration to follow if needed.
