Roughly 33% new American and French Oak. This combination gives us a delicate balance of coconut and vanilla notes, as well as a spicy character.
Malolactic fermentations occur post-primary fermentation. The lees are stirred throughout malolactic fermentation, giving the wine it’s rich mouthfeel. Aging continues on the lees until blending.
