Overview
HANNA Winery thrives on Sonoma’s world-class diversity of climate, topography and geology. The HANNA estate grown Chardonnay is made from vineyards in the cool Russian River Valley. With a blend of grapes grown on the Slusser Ranch and Home Ranch, this Chardonnay is bright and fresh.
Aging
6 months in oak barrels (44% new and 56% 1-2yr French and Hungarian Oak) on lees.
Fermentation
Once hand picked they are sorted and the whole clusters are pressed while cold and then cold settled before racking in 60 gallon French and Hungarian Oak barrels for fermentation.
