Brunello is the prince of Montalcino wines, produced exclusively from 100% Sangiovese grapes picked by hand from vines at least 25 years old. The wine's full body covers the palate with velvet tannins that are perfectly integrated with the acidity, which shows the Brunello's great potential in the years to come.
36 months is Allier oak barrels. Minimum of 12 months bottle aging.
15-20 days submerge cap fermentation in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel.
