Aging is carried out in vats on the fine lees. The bottling is performed early in order to preserve the freshness of the wine.
After pressing and settling, vinification is carried out in thermo-regulated vats.

Typical to the Chapoutier style of mono-varietal bottlings, "La Bernardine" Blanc is made with only one grape varietal - Grenache Blanc. Vineyard soil is comprised of stones that once lined the bed of the Rhone river. These stones keep vines warm through the night and give finesse and subtlety to a wine characterized by opulence and warmth. This wine is rich and well-balanced with a long, fresh finish.
