This wine utilizes the best hand picked organic estate grown grapes to create a perfect blend of the Priorat's two indigenous varieties, Carignan (50%) and Grenache (39%), with an added touch of Cabernet Sauvignon (11%). Elegant and balanced with flavors of black cherry, mineral, oak spices, and chocolate flavors. Silky tannins with a long, fresh finish.
The wine is then aged 24 months in French oak barrels and matured in the bottle for at least two years before leaving the winery.
Only indigenous yeast is used during the fermentation process as a way to add character to the distinct wines.
