Beautiful purity of fruit along with light barrel treatment and élevage in stainless steel tanks integrate to produce a wine of real fruit character, minerality and purity. Lean, refreshing, and mineral with good intensity, ripeness, and acidic profile. Lemon notes and plenty of green apple fruit, along with hints of greengage, elderflower, mineral and delicate vanilla. The finish is lively, vibrant, long and pure.
Aging
Light barrel treatment.
Fermentation
Stainless steel, 15% new oak for the Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault sectors (which together comprise 20% of the wine).
