Overview
Bright nectarine and stone fruit freshness on the nose. Crisp citrus flavor with tangy lemon vibrancy that is matched by more of the nectarine and stone fruit fleshiness in the mouth. Lively with lovely light body and a gentle persistence.
Aging
After fermentation the wine was kept on the fine lees for 3 months before stabilization and bottling.
Fermentation
The grapes were crushed and de-stemmed and had skin contact for a few hours. The juice was then drained of the skins and settled overnight. After racking, the clean juice was cold fermented in stainless steel tanks.
