A combination of aging in stainless steel and neutral French Oak barrels for four months gives additional complexity and texture. On the palate sour cherry and blood orange flavors are framed nicely by bright acidity and lingering minerality. The brightness of this Rosé allows it to pair well with a wide range of foods. Grilled seafood, spicy dishes and most picnic fare are excellent with this wine.
