Our 2019 Rosé of Pinot Noir is from our two estate vineyards, the iconic Sanford & Benedict Vineyard and La Rinconada.
Aging
Aged 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
Fermentation
Gently pressing the whole clusters, the lightly colored juice was fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. Fermenting to dryness at cool temperatures preserves the fresh strawberry notes along with the flinty minerality for which our region is known for.
