Use of oak is limited to let the wine fully express its terroir.
Primary fermentations take place in small wooden tuns. The length of this varies, can take several weeks or even several months.

Apple, Citrus, Lemon, Passion Fruit
Nose of exotic passion fruits. This impression is confirmed by the frank, generous palate with its complex aromas of fresh butter, fern and lemon.
Trénel Pouilly-Fuissé comes from vines nestled between the rock of Solutré and Vergisson. It combines sharp limestone soils in the roundness of the clay soil to give a complete wine. This wine can be served as an aperitif or throughout the meal. It goes beautifully with white meat, chicken in cream sauce, fish and shellfish and even goat cheese.
