The Coach House Block Shiraz comes from our original estate vineyard near the tiny hamlet of Greenock in The Barossa Valley. This wine is generous and supple whilst soft and approachable upon release with an ultra rich, heady, mouth filling shiraz that combines balanced acidity and mid-palate texture.
Aging
18 months in 20% new French oak hogheads.

An initiailly sweet core of boisterous fruit appraches the palate, pitching high in the midpalate and ending with a lush, concentrated, and very long finish full of boysenberry and blackberry liqueur flavors.
