Cotes du Rhone Blanc is born from vines rooted on the right bank of the Rhone, where gravelly slopes and clay-limestone terraces provide an ideal terroir. The Mediterranean climate, shaped by the mistal wine, brings both vitality and balance to the vines and wines. This wine is lively with a refined and harmonious profile that closes with a lingering finish of delicate floral nuances.
Aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 8 months.
Alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures (60–65°F) to retain freshness and finesse.
