Cotes du Rhone Rouge is crafted from vines grown on the right bank of the Rhone Valley, in the southeastern region of Ardeche. These vineyards thrive in clay-rich soils, layered with pebbly alluvial deposits, Rhodanian stones, and fine loess. The Mediterranean climate, shaped by the powerful mistral wind, imparts freshness and character to the wines.
Aged on lees for one year; 70% maturing in stainless steel, 20% in large oak vats, and 10% in oak barrels.
Temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation.
