Cabernet Sauvignon

The king of wine, Cabernet Sauvignon is often opaque, full in body and very robust with black currant, bell pepper and dark fruits. In more moderate climates, like Sonoma or Bordeaux, expect herbal, green olive and floral notes whereas warmer climates, like Australia or Napa Valley, the wines feature notes of mint, blackberry, and chocolate.
