Prosecco must come fromthe Venezia region of Italy, which includes Veneto and Friuli. Traditionally made from the Glera grape, Prosecco’s second fermentation takes place in pressure-resistant stainless-steel tanks, yielding bright flavors of melon, apple, pear and delicate bubbles.
